Listings: This office welcomes listings. Recently added to the real estate toolbox is having the ability to create a website for each property. This can be linked to many social networking sites, e-mailed to other agents, and create other marketing tools, like virtual tours! Commission is ALWAYS negotiable between a seller and the company.
Buyers: With the variety and quantity of homes available, it is important to communicate to buyers their options and what they can expect to happen during the home buying process. Options include making decisions about what type of financing is best, FHA, Conventional, 203k Loans, Contract for Deed, etc.
Short Sales/Foreclosures: When dealing with a short sale, all parties need to go into the transaction with a lot of patience and a backup plan! We will do our best to prepare both buyers and sellers for what to expect during the short sale process.
Land: In addition to the MLS, there are other resources for finding land. Please contact us directly for questions and areas where land is available.
New Construction: Many of the agents in the office have experience with new construction sales in addition to knowing about builders in the area.
